These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.allpartakers.com, the Allpartakers Music App (allpartakersmusic.com), our email content, and all related products and services offered by Allpartakers LLC ("Allpartakers," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. About Allpartakers
Allpartakers LLC is a Christian discipleship brand and ministry resource. Our mission is to encourage believers to live righteously in this present world. We operate as a solopreneur ministry and are headquartered at:

All content we produce -- articles, emails, books, videos, and music -- is intended for discipleship and educational purposes. Nothing we publish constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or counseling advice.
2. Use of Our Website and Services
Permitted Use
You may use our website and services for personal, non-commercial discipleship and educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use our content or services for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content from our site
- Impersonate Allpartakers or misrepresent your affiliation with us
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using our website or subscribing to any of our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on www.allpartakers.com and allpartakersmusic.com -- including but not limited to articles, blog posts, email series, graphics, logos, book content, and music -- is the intellectual property of Allpartakers LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts for personal or non-commercial use, provided you clearly credit Allpartakers and link back to the original source. You may not reproduce full articles, repurpose our email content, copy our book content, or use our branding without prior written permission.

4. Email Subscriptions
When you subscribe to our email list, you consent to receive ministry content, discipleship teaching, and periodic announcements from Allpartakers. We do not send spam. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you may opt out at any time.
Subscribing to our email list is free. We use Flodesk to manage our email communications. By subscribing, you also acknowledge that your name and email will be stored in Flodesk's platform, subject to their terms of service.
We reserve the right to remove subscribers from our list at our discretion, including for abuse, inactivity, or invalid email addresses.
5. Allpartakers Music App
Subscription Terms
The Allpartakers Music App (allpartakersmusic.com) is a paid subscription service available for $2.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described below
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Music App subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting family@allpartakers.com. You will retain access to the app through the end of your paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at family@allpartakers.com and we will review your case.
App Availability
We strive to maintain consistent availability of the Music App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
6. Books on Amazon KDP
Our books are sold through Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform. All purchases of our books are transactions between you and Amazon, and are governed by Amazon's terms of service and return policies. Allpartakers LLC is not responsible for Amazon's handling of purchases, returns, or delivery.
Some links on our website to Amazon products are affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We only link to products we genuinely recommend.
7. Etsy Store
We operate a store at etsy.com/shop/AllpartakersStore. All transactions made through our Etsy store are governed by Etsy's terms of service and buyer protection policies. Allpartakers LLC is responsible for fulfilling orders placed through our Etsy store, but disputes related to payment processing are handled by Etsy.

8. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website and content may contain links to third-party websites and platforms including Amazon, Pinterest, YouTube, Etsy, and Flodesk. These links are provided for your convenience. Allpartakers LLC does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.
Accessing third-party links is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platform you visit.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Allpartakers LLC makes no representations or warranties that:
- Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- Our content is complete, accurate, or current at all times
- Any results will be achieved from following our discipleship content

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allpartakers LLC, its owner, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, content, or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Allpartakers LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If you submit comments, testimonials, or other content to us (via email, social media, or any contact form), you grant Allpartakers LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our ministry and promotional materials, with or without attribution.
You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed by contacting us directly at family@allpartakers.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Walton County, Georgia, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or by email when reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
